Day 1:
Create More Peace, Joy, Love, and Wealth in Your Life
"Start everyday with a smile and get it
over with." At the moment you are aware of being awake tomorrow morning, smile for 16 seconds. Do this every day for the rest of your life and watch for miracles. Try practicing the 16 Second Smile right now. Breathe in slowly. As you do, gradually widen your smile as big as possible. Notice the good feelings spread through your body. Activate your eye crinkles. Show your teeth. SMILE BIG. Release your breath. Now breathe in more deeply again and SMILE BIG again. Notice how good it feels to smile. As you let your breath out, repeat again. You have just flooded your body with stress-relieving, pleasure-increasing endorphins that are traveling all through your body. Yay! Now go share that beautiful smile with at least 20 people today. Your smile is a wealth-creating slot machine. Keep playing it.
